+ -1 moreMr. Gentile is extremely professional. Calls are returned promptly and appointments are kept. We had hired another plumber to do the job, but they were fired (see Rice Plumbing). Mr. Gentile quoted us a good price and promised that he would begin work on the day he arrived. He and his associate were on time and began working immediately. They were courteous and respectful of our home. The job was completed precisely when he said it would be done. And here's the wonderful thing. Mr. Gentile noticed that the drain on our jacuzzi was installed upside down. He took care of the problem at no additional charge! We're going to replace our tub/shower with a walk-in, and I wouldn't think of using anyone else. Outstanding work.

The work was completed in a professional and timely manner and I was happy with the results. I am enjoying my new bathroom and would highly recommend this company - Gentile Associates.
Description of Work: The plumbing job was for a new bathroom. The plumber roughed in a shower base, toilet bowl and sink and supplied a new Toto sink and toilet bowl. He then repaired the bathroom floor by installing concrete wonderboard. He then finished by installing a new vanity and tile on the floor.
