 + 1 moreContractor was unreliable and work was shoddy. Our grass was unattended for over a month and contractor didn't respond to emails or phone calls. Even though it was during a rainy period, none of our neighbors had this issue. When he was good and ready to work, he called and informed me that since the grass was so high, over two feet, that it would require two mows, for which I would be responsible. He was fired immediately. (I was able to get another landscaper to mow the property a single time for essentially the same price.) In addition, he patched gravel on the driveway with gravel that didn't match the existing, tore up the lawn excessively when snow plowing and charged $200 to spray Roundup on the driveway, which resulted in zero dead weeds. Contractor does not seem to value his customers. Buyer beware with this guy...
