Brian came and surveyed the job details and measured for a Pella French door for our family room. When the door came in they contacted me to schedule the install. The day before the installation his people came to delivered the door and framing materials. On the install day Jay and his helper Shawn came on time and looked over the area and reviewed what was going to be done. They worked neatly and professionally to get the door in quickly because it was the coldest day in over five years and didn't want us to be too cold or lose too much heat. They got everything done, cleaned up after themselves and took all the debris with them. Our family room looks wonderful and feels so much warmer then it did before. I will use them again to update the windows /doors in the sun room this spring!

We had 2 workers (Jay and Anthony) who were on time very polite, and pleasant, but fast (but accurate!) workmen. They did an excellent job, the doors look and fit beautifully.

Arrived on time. Installation of Faucet & sink disposal took 1 hour 15 min.. They cleaned up the work area. Checked the units for leaks. Great job!! I would recommend them.

They were very much the professionals. My only complaint is that the kept on arriving to the job site earlier than us, the consumers although we were repeatedly assured by the office of a set time. On two occasions they were done by the time we got there, and we were on the early side of the apptmnt. Their job is very good, their people skills lack. I would use them again with their timing in mind.

Purchased window from Lowes. Used Lowes installers. Brian came to our home to measure it out. Returned two weeks later to install. Very neat. Professional and we are very satisfied.

They arrived right on time everyday and the work was completed as promised. Everyone who came to the house was very friendly and polite. I felt at ease having them in my home. Everyone was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. They cleaned up their work space everyday before leaving. The estimate that Brian gave us was very fair and accurate. The pricing of the materials used was very good. ( Actually a little less than I could have purchased it at Lowe's or Home Depot. ) I liked the fact that the office called at the end of the project to be sure that we were happy with everything that was done and they did not want to get paid until everything was completed satisfactorily. I was very happy with the whole project and plan to have them back to renovate a bathroom.

Brian Hommel arrived for the estimate on time as promised. Company kept n contact and scheduled installation when components arrived from manufacturer. Technicians arrived on time and on schedule. Both techs were professional and personable. They completed the work in the time estimated, did an outstanding job. Cleanup and removal was thorough. I would definitely use them again.

The Hammel team was on time, clean, polite, and excellent work done. This is not the 1st time I have had them. Garage door opener, 3 other windows. I will always call them.

Brian Hommel came to do the measurements for the windows, once I decided to go with Lowe's. When the windows came in, his office called and set up the installation date. They arrived on time, with two trucks and a crew of about 6 men. The whole job took two days, butthey were very efficient and it was a good experience. They were trustworthy, polite, and good workers, asking for my input when needed. They handled a variety of odd jobs for me, as well as installing 7 windows, I am extremely happy with the results, and feel fortunate that I was in such good hands.

Reasonable, reliable and they took of their shoes, so they wouldn't track any dirt on my deige carpet - I didn't ask them to do that!!

Well. They arrived on time. Demo'd the old slider. Cleaned up the exposed walls. Installed new insulation, trim, installed new door. Cleaned up.

Brian showed up on time for the estimate, which was done quickly and professionally. After deciding on proper windows, doors, etc., mostly via email (which is the best way to do business, in my opinion), sometimes by phone, we agreed on an estimate. Brian Hommell took care of ordering the windows and we ordered the doors ourselves. He had no problem with us sourcing our own doors, etc, as we desired, saving us the usual installer mark-ups. He did not mark up the windows much, if at all, as I priced the exact models from several sources. In any event, I will probably order everything through him in the future because the level of service is so high and it saves headaches. On the date of installation, Hommell's crew of 5 showed up on time. They were each one very professional, courteous and clearly committed to doing quality work. They had no problems answering my many (sometimes tedious, I'm sure) questions about many details. I tend to be suspicious of overly-enthusiastic reviews myself but I have to give high credit to this company. They did excellent work with an excellent attitude and at a reasonable price. We will work with them again and I feel comfortable recommending them to my friends & family.

Brian and his company were always on time, explained everhything along the way. Their work was excellent, they are complete professionals and very friendly.

Both Joe and Jordan worked diligently. They did not even stop for lunch! The work was done well and I will be using this company again in the future.

Martin and Buck were very knowledgeable and shared their expertise with me. They were professional throughout the installation. They answered any questions that I had.

Buck and wayne were on time calling before they come Very polite and efficient. Did over and above without breaks until they were done checking with me before each install asking for my opinion and input.

They were here from 8:30-1:30. Professional, neat, focused. Enjoyable experience.

Arrived on time/ offered to remove shoes before entering house/ used protective covering on work area/ Removed old unit / Swept & washed area before installing new unit/ conducted a test run that revealed proper operation & no leaks/ New unit was leveled to visual perfection inspite of an uneven counter top/ Very professional conduct & skill
