Description of Work: 5 years ago my husband and I bought our house. We had him come in and repair our well and other things. We asked him to put in a faucet at our barn. He shook my husbands hand and said it would be $600, we later received a bill for $1553.00. He advised us that was the price because he did it during bad weather. But told us if done in bad weather it's a 25% increase. He charged far beyond a 25% increase. He never filled in around our well or properly protected a line he spliced for no reason. Because he never protected or took care of this we started loosing water this year. We advised him of what was happening where he cut the line. He would not honor his warranty. Then an employee of his told us because of this water loss our pump was shot and a new one will be 1000.00. My husband asked him to meet us in the middle because we did not feel this was our responsibility and he took his crew was from our house and left us with no water. Luckily our neighbor came over and said our pump was perfectly fine. We had water in an hour. This man is a crooked crook and a snake! Beware! We have also heard 4 stories this year of him telling people they need a well dug when in reality they didnt.

 + -1 moreWhen we realized the well at our camp was not working we called 4 companies and Willey Well called us back within the hour and drove the hour to our camp to provide us service on the same day. Within an hour they determined that the well and pump were fine but there was an issue with intermittent power coming from the main power line causing the pump to not run. Per their direction we called the power company and Willey Well was correct. A main power line at the road feeding our camp was damaged and had to be replaced. I am very happy for the correct troubleshooting Willey Well provided us and the quick response. They fee we paid covered the hour ride to our camp and the troubleshooting they performed. We thought it was fair and we trusted their knowledge and direction on what to do.
Description of Work: Troubleshoot well pump to determine why it was not working.
