Waldron Builders Inc

Description of Work: C&S Construction/Chuck and Sherry Waldron built my home. Chuck recently retired and his son, Mike Waldron took over under Waldron Builders, Inc. During construction Mike was in my home daily. Prior to attending law school, I sold new homes and resale homes in Maryland for ten years. I have owned rental homes, primary homes and commercial units and buildings. Without a doubt, I can honestly say that my home on Cobble Hill Drive is the nicest home I ever owned. In 1991, I built a custom home- spent 100K on upgrades and when I performed my walk-thru EVERY option was dinged, dented or missing. I am still waiting for $10,000.00 worth of trees for the front yard (a 20 year wait!) That Maryland builder- McDonough Builders in Maryland- was terrible. After nine months of h*** I finally got delivered my last option (a sink). So......when I selected my NY home I was NERVOUS. To my pleasant surprise, and with luck , I found excellent folks to work with. Chuck and Mike were on the location daily, making sure the features were not damaged due to continuous work and making sure things were in order. I had absolutely NO WORRIES. When the walk-thru inspection was performed there was not one single item that needed to be addressed. While cleaning the home I notices how perfect the tiles and other features were. With the cold weather, I loved the reassurance of my Briggs and Stratton generator. Waldron, without additional expense, used the nicest mouldings, the nicest window touches, the nicest tiles and flooring, the best appliances. My kitchen design and integrity rates a few pages in House and Gardens magazine. My gas and electric bill is unusually low due to their Energy Star efforts. I represent builders in Maryland and I frequently mention the excellent construction of my NY home. They are tired of being compared to Waldron. I say- LEARN FROM WALDRON!
