+ -1 moreHe was thorough and precise, even adjusting the hinges on the door so it would close properly. He had to do more than just installing new locks and being done with it. He had to make adjustments to the door and frame so that everything worked as it should.
Description of Work: Tom changed the locks on a newly-purchased house.

Description of Work: Called for an emergency to unlock a vehicle and obviously he does not do emergency calls because I waited over an hour for him to call back and he never did. I called him back to cancel.
