The wood was delivered after a delay, due to a piece of broken equipment. Communication from the company was proactive, and they were very polite and professional It is beautiful hardwood, cut to the size requested. However, it is not the seasoned wood we paid for. Wood with this much moisture content should be $75-100 cheaper. It needs at least another year before it can be burned.

They delivered firewood a day late which is not really a problem, delays happen. Their truck got stuck in 6 inches of snow in my front yard. It took over half an hour to get out and in the process their turned my yard into a muddy mess which i will have to live with until spring.I gave them shovels and cardboard to help them and they used pretty much a bag of my salt. After mentioning that i was not happy about the state of my lawn I was told that it was the customer's responsibility to get the truck in and out. They also added a $15 fuel surcharge to my bill that i was never told about. I was informed that they might send me a coupon for future use. I will never use them again.
