Description of Work: Cleaned for Open House. It was out of their regular region. They were quite delayed in arrival but,they came back next morning to finish - hard workers. |When I called @ a later date- no call back.

Description of Work: Bryan organized and removed all the items from our house for the sale of our house. What a gift he and his staff was. We would have used him for more of the work, but our family pitched in and took care of some of the things we needed. Would use Bryan and his company again in the blink of an eye. |Thanks Bryan and crew!

Did a very good job Really have great organizational skills. all employees worked together so well !

Description of Work: Bryan helped organize a bedroom that was being made into a guest room and was at the time housing things that needed to be organized. He moved beds around from one floor to another, cleaned, and just made this amazing room out of chaos. I trust him implicity, have used him in the past and intend on hiring him in the future. He is the best!!

Description of Work: Bryan completely reorganized the apartment, left in disarray after the passing of my wife. He eliminated all the clutter that was keeping me from accessing things (I am disabled), took care of ridding the place of trash, donating other items to charitable agencies, followed by a thorough cleaning of the apartment. When he was finished, the place almost looked brand-new. He was very professional, was on time usually right to the minute, and was very careful and meticulous about doing the exact job I needed. I would definitely use his services again.

Description of Work: I was looking for someone to do a move out cleaning of my former home. I contacted a few cleaning companies from Angie's List, some of whom didn't return my phone calls. Bryan Hills from Mayhem Manager Cleaning Service returned my phone call and discussed with me what I wanted to have done. While I had cleaned as I packed, there was much to do once the movers removed the furniture and boxes. Bryan spent five hours cleaning windows, fans, all the hardwood, laminate, and tile floors. He cleaned the kitchen appliances, shelves throughout the house as well as the shelves and cement flooring in the garage In short, he cleaned up everything that needed to be in good shape for the new owners.

Description of Work: My apartment was cleaned, completely. Windows were washed, everything was dusted and all floors were vacuumed or mopped. Brian is efficient and very friendly. I will definitely recommend him to others.

Description of Work: Brian comes to my house every two weeks. He is an excellent decorator and cleaner and will do anything I ask him to do. He vacuums, mops, scrubs the bathrooms, and dusts. He is dependable, flexible, and has a ton of energy. He has helped me to install fancy curtain rods, hang curtains and pictures. Brian helped my husband move our new washer and dryer into the basement and hook them up to the plumbing. This past weekend he helped me to unclog my bathroom sink and tub. He does not get grossed out easy and he is not afraid to sweat. He has helped me to make my house more comfortable to live in. He has been shopping with me and once helped me to prepare for a party at my home. Brian has a lot of good ideas and is very resourceful. He knows how to save his clients $ as well. I have 2 big dogs and their hair can be overwhelming. Brian has helped my to deal with this burden and he is great with my dogs too. I am pleased that I found Brian on Angie's list.

And in later visits manicured my lawns and gardens and helped with tedious household chores such as opening and closing the pool and running errands. Bryan is the go to guy for almost any task you need handled around your home. My house loves Bryan and hasn’t looked better since I found him. he also helps me with the pets and house sits for me while i'm away.
