Description of Work: I bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator, because it had the most inside cubic footage of all the frig's I looked into. The staff at the Clifton Park store were patient and informative. No problems. The problem came with delivery. It had been ordered as a "left side" opening frig and it came with right side opening. The delivery people took it back. Next delivery came 3 days later and with the same problem. The delivery people at that time, took the time and changed the door to left side opening. BUT, they used the old (28 years)tubing to hook up the ice maker, when I had paid for a whole new ice maker-hook up packet. :( SO, they are coming tomorrow to hook it up with a new hose. No worries, only 3 days of time off from work, which I will have to make up or lose pay.

Description of Work: I had an issue with a tire that was just fixed by another provider. The tire continued to leak. This Sears found the issue (3 small nails) and replaced the tire for me.

+ -1 moreMy oven never worked right, so I filed a claim which has been ongoing since 2007. I kept calling and never got a resolution. Finally, they came through and I replaced the oven with a General Electrics oven. I will never purchase Kenmore, again.
Description of Work: I redid my kitchen and bought my appliances from them in 2007. I bought an extended warranty with them.
