 + -1 moreI called Saratoga pool and tub yesterday and explained to the women on the phone about my pool filtration leaking,after I explained everything to her she asked me for my address,which I was then informed they did not service my area...at that point the women put me on hold,and must have explained everything to her manager who got on the phone and literally took 30 minutes out of his busy day to walk me through step by step to at least temporarily fix my problem. Not only was that a classy move..IT WORKED!!! Thank you Saratoga pool team!

 + -1 morePerfectly. Also Jonathon and his team are friendly and helpful , always willing to answer any questions you have. They do a good job at opening and closings. They have what you need in stock or can get it quickly for you. Their prices are fair.

Description of Work: Walked in without appointment as having problem balancing ph in hot tub. They helped me right away and did full test, gave me a clean container and set me up with the right chemical even though I bought my tub elsewhere.

 + 0 moreWe needed guidance and advice about a first-time pool closing. The staff was helpful on 3 different occasions. They listened to our situation, responded with suggestions and spent time choosing the appropriate supplies. They were friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. We will most definitely continue doing business with them, including buying a hot tub.
