 + -1 moreWe had a fantastic experience with Roohan! We were relocating from DC and just looking for rentals. Two agents in particular made our whirlwind weekend of looking for properties both memorable and far less stressful than it should have been. Oliver Aldrich took our initial inquiry on a property and ran with it! He not only took the time and effort to show us several listings in our price range and desired area from both Roohan and other local agencies, but also planned our viewings carefully to show us around Saratoga and give us a feel for the different areas. We ended up choosing a Roohan-managed property, and Jason Thomas blew us away in his negotiations with the landlords. We will definitely be using Roohan when it's time to buy.
