Smitty was very helpful and informative throughout the process, helped us navigate some delays and difficulties with ConEdison in getting a second meter installed, and overall was the most cooperative advocate on our side during the entire journey.

This review is for the referring sales consultant. Smitty stayed in contact through the whole process. He took time to walk me through the stages of my solar project and answered any questions I had. While I can’t say my solar project was problem free. Smitty stuck with me to ensure all my concerns were addressed. He encouraged me to stand my ground with the contractor, when a problem arose with the roof replacement which was the first phase of the job. Smitty provided excellent customer service. He answered and addressed all my concerns and has remained in contact as the work progressed. Thanks again Smitty.

I have all good things to tell about my experience with Thomas Smith aka “ Smitty”. Mr. Smith made sure my panels were installed properly, also saw to it the electrician did he part as well with no complaints. Every technician cleaned up any garbage and debris. Any questions or concerns, I was able to call Mr. Smith anytime day or night. Mr. Smith was able to explain in depth how the solar panels worked. I was and still pleased with Mr. Smith

I met Thomas “Smitty” Smith and he is a great representative for SUNco Solar. He explained the products very well however I was a undeceive. But he told me to think about it and if I had any question(s), I just had to call or text him. Even though he did not answer my phone calls at that moment, he returned all my calls as soon as possible. He was able to answered all my questions and make me feel confident of my decision to go ahead and get solar panels. From the time we met to the time I signed the contract, which took about 3 months, I am a very satisfied customer. Smitty was very professional and has a very strong knowledge of the product.

It was a huge leap of faith. First selecting the right company to go with, and then hoping that the installation process was as seamless as our solar consultant, Tom Smith (aka Smitty), made it out to be. Sure enough, it was as promised. Seamless and easy to install. This included dealing with the utility company and also getting the proper tax credit paperwork we needed. If there was ever an issue, Smitty was there to quickly call us back and answer any concerns we had. He was great… as was his team. I refer them to anybody I know who are interested in solar.
