Appraisar was very profesional and timely per appointment time and date. There was a slight delay in getting the final report but they kept in touch with us and always replied to our text messages promptly.There was another company that we had called who didnt return our phone call for almost a week and they were $25.00 cheaper, however we chose this company for their prompt reply and availabiltiy for our needs. Glad that we did. Definately would recommend them

I was looking for an appraisal on the current house I was renting in order to see if it would be worth buying. The appraiser Dan was prompt in keeping our appointment, and he was very professional and extremely thorough in his appraisal of the property. One business day later, I received a report showing all of the information about the property and an assessment of what it was worth and the repairs that were needed. Dan went above and beyond my expectations and delivered excellent customer service. I received exactly what I needed on this appraisal and am very happy with the results of his assessment. I highly recommend NY Appraisers!

He has very good return times and he did a thorough job. I have never had any problems with any lender rejecting his appraisal. I would recommend him.

Have not received any correspondence from this person + he wanted the money up front which I paid him + received nothing in return. Beginning to wonder if this appraiser is legal or just a fraud.

If you are looking for professionalism look elsewhere. After the onsite viewing he had me write the check out to him, not the company name. I paid him this but the contract, when we finally got it, listed a lower price. I tried contacting him about it but got no response. He also listed my deceased father as owner. My siblings and I have owned the house for years. Thank God my lawyer was OK with it. Each time I tried contacting the company, I got a recording. Every time I went online and sent a message, I got no response. Do your homework and research all appraisal companies. Trust me, it is well worth it. Call them to see if an actual person answers the phone. Text them and see if you get a response. Only then you will know. We were in a hurry so unfortunately I did no research, trusted Home Advisor and went with the first response.

Was very responsive before the new year. Not sure what happened?? Paid upfront, (very quick to send invoice out)..Due date was the 6th. It's now the 10th and doesn't call back. Not sure it this company/person is legit.

Dan answered all my question before I hired him. Made suggestions and offered alternatives which were helpful in making my decision to go with them. The price was very competitive. A good choice.

Paid up front and did not meet deadline, did not return calls or text. Still waiting for report if he even does one. Very very frustrated and disappointed.

Showed up on schedule, looked over the house, never heard from him again. Did not return calls. Cost me a bank fee for stop payment on a check,

This gentleman is very rude, very unprofessional, and very very scattered when it comes to doing his job In a timely and professional manner. He told us that we would have the assessment that Thursday, and a week later we still have not received it, he was very rude to us on the phone and was even arguing about the work after we paid in cash, and did not provide a written receipt, I would not recommend this gentleman to do your assessment ever.

They were very prompt about coming to the house and getting me the report. However- I emailed them and called / left message regarding the low appraisal and how to improve it. I spoke to a realtor and they gave me a price $150k higher. I never heard back from NY appraisers.
