We moved to Clifton Park on a corporate relocation, so we had to sell a house and buy a house in as little time as possible. Stressful!! But Joan was instrumental in finding our new home. She was able to find a variety of listings that matched our wish list, and scheduled a perfect day to see everything per our relo plan. All was great. Working with Joan was a very good experience. She was extremely helpful, detailed and was quick to follow up on every aspect of this transaction. Joan made the process of looking for and buying a home as easy as it can possibly be. Being first time home buyers my wife and I did not have a clue what to do. Joan helped us around every corner with even the smallest details. Aside from her professionalism, Joan was just simply a sweet and pleasant person. Joan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, reliable, and all around helpful. My wife and I just purchased a house, and Joan was a great Realtor. She coordinated everything that needed to be coordinated and helped us with any problem that arose. The first house we had our offer accepted was found to have during the inspection have termites in it and we had issues with the seller as well. She was able to guide us through it and get our deposit back from an uncooperative seller. She walked us through the process from the start to finish and has a good network of inspectors and legal personnel. I would definitely using her to purchase a home.

She is top notch, she has excellent customer service and she goes above and beyond what she needs to do. She charges the commission according to the sell, so I think she gets like five or six percent, but I don’t know the tailored commission here.
