Jeff and Jeremy are THE BEST! They gave me a heads up they were on the way (always appreciated), and showed up shortly after. From Jeffâ s decades of plumbing experience, he correctly diagnosed the toilet problem just from the videos I sent him ahead of time. He and Jeremy went right to work, and within under an hour and a half (including the time he had to leave to get fixtures at a local hardware store and return) he repaired two toilets, a tub/shower faucet diverter and diagnosed a problem with another tub/shower faucet (cold water supply issue). Both Jeff and Jeremy are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I believe that for the work he did, the charges were very reasonable. Jeff was just terrific and came to our rescue within 15 minutes of our contact with him. He checked out our multiple-problem situation and was able to off the water to our kitchen until we were able to get new parts. He and his son Jeremy changed out our kitchen faucet and replaced three turn off valves underneath the cabinets. They were both professional and very personable. Will never hesitate to contact them again.

Jeff did 3 smallish plumbing projects for me which included installing a ridiculously designed new toilet which turned into a nightmare and more than a small job to install (I do not recommend a glacier bay skirted one piece toilet). However Jeff persisted and got it done. The other two fixes were finished quickly and much to my satisfaction.

Jeff and his son have helped me out twice inside of one year. Both big jobs involving the replacement of large 70y/o cast iron pipes. They are fast to respond, efficient in their work, and honest with their evaluations and cost estimates. Would recommend them for any job big or small!
