Jeff took his time during the inspection, and did a good job of explaining what he was looking for, and pointing out potential issues as he saw them. he was able to accommodate an inspection on short notice, and sent his detailed report within 24 hours of the inspection.

I liked the high end testing equipment used which detected any interruption during the testing period and the immediate results on completion of the test rather than waiting for a mail away report

We hired JCG for structural inspection and radon test of a new construction home. Jeff was very thorough in his inspection and answered all of our questions. He told us what we should be aware of in the future, and his formal report was returned with great detail and photos. He is very professional, clean, and courteous. The radon test results had a very quick turn-around which was specifically needed for our quick closing schedule. I will recommend JCG Footprints to anyone needing a home inspection.
