 + -1 moreThey have done just about everything from drain cleaning, to installing and repairing new faucets and pipes or installing new drains. They have also run new service from my house to the street. They are reliable and they are very capable. I think their prices were outrageously expensive, but if I called Benacchio or anywhere else, they would still charge me around the same price, like ninety dollars an hour, but on a comprisable basis they are fine.
Description of Work: I use Freeman & Shey Co for plumbing. I have used them for twenty years now.

 + -1 moreI have bills showing that they repaired the same job they did within 6 months. When I pointed this out they said they would look into it. I am still waiting. They are awful.
Description of Work: First - this is Freeman and Shea, not Shey - the other report has the name wrong. These guys have been back to my house 5 times to fix the same water heater.

 + -1 moreIt cost us over $500 just to fix a leaky faucet. It was easy to get to the plumbing so it should not have been nearly that much money. The kid that came out the second time didn't even have what he needed and he charged us the money for the time he had to look for what he needed. They were very rude to my husband when he called to talk to their owner. We still have not received a phone call back from the owner.
Description of Work: We called them to come fix our leaky faucet and tub. The maintenance man came out and put in washers to stop the leak. It did not work so my husband bought a new faucet. We contacted them to put in the faucet. They came back and charged us another $442.92.
