Mr. Andrew Genovese is an exceptional Real Estate Agent professional!   In 2011,  I retired from the military and decided to relocate to Queensbury, New York and that is how I met Andrew Genovese.     During this time, I communicated and worked with Andrew via email and phone as I lived in Maryland.   Andrew was very responsive to my emails/phone calls and was always willing to work with my schedule.  He sent me up-to-date listings on a weekly basis and met with me whenever I was able to visit Queensbury.  I was very impressed with Andrew as he was truly interested in helping me find the perfect home for me and my daughter.  Andrew was very knowledgeable about Real Estate transactions and was always able to answer my questions.    Andrew went above and beyond his call to duty as evidenced by him attending my Home Inspection in my absence.  Prior to the closing, Andrew made sure the house was empty.  In fact, he took time out of his busy schedule to move a dryer out of the house as the sellers refused to move it and their agent didn't care.  This is an example of his true professionalism and dedication to his clients.   My daughter and I are very happy in our home and are very grateful that we had Andrew serve as our Realtor.   He did an outstanding job from start to finish.   Highly recommend him!
