EMPIRE CLEANING

Very well. Furniture done one day, carpets two days later. Arrived on time, worked steadily, carefully, and thoroughly. Very personable, answered questions willingly, made suggestions when asked. Results were as advertised.

The carpets definitely looked a lot better and Mel discouraged me from spending extra money on scent, indicating that it wouldn't last and so wouldn't be worth it. I appreciated his advice.

Very punctual, actually finished earlier than estimated and the final cost was lower than the initial estimate. Would definitely use again for any large or small cleaning related projects.

I found Empire by looking for a company that was accredited by rug professional organization. I gave the owner a call. We discussed the job and he gave me an estimate. A time was arranged and Empire arrived on time. All work was completed in a timely manner.

They arrived early and did the work in a professional manner. All stains were removed. These guys are great.

The Empire Cleaning man called ahead of his arrival to let us know he was coming and he came 15 minutes early. Beforehand, he gave me a quote on the phone after I explained the situation. Working alone, he ran a hose from his truck to the second floor where the bedrooms were situated. He moved furniture in order to clean and moved it back into place after he cleaned. Once done, the guy was thorough in giving us directions on how long to wait for the rugs to dry before walking on them. He advised us that we could move the process along faster by setting up a couple floor fans. We did. The next morning, the rugs were dry and spotless. The entire cleaning process took roughly two hours. The guy left booties to wear in case we needed to get into the room earlier than advised. We didn't ask him for the booties; he just felt he should leave them with us.

I used Empire Cleaning services within the last three-month. They are very proficient, friendly and responsive. The price is very reasonable. My overall experience is good and I will use them again in the future.

Empire Cleaning provided a quote over the phone. The owner was responsive, showed up on time and did a very good job. The only reason I didn't give this company an "A" rating is that the pet stains weren't completely removed. I didn't specify in the beginning that they needed special attention but I expected them to come up. Next time, I'll make sure to mention anything that needs additional work.

Our initial call was returned promptly and the owner came that weekend to give us an estimate. On the day of the cleaning, he showed up on time and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets on the first and second floors. Stains were removed that we feft were impossible to get out. The carpets dried quickly and the cost was true to the estimate. We plan to have him back after the holidays to clean the basement stairs and rug. Great Job!

Excellent service. I called for an estimate and he was able to come that afternoon to do the estimate. He was prompt and gave me the esimate on the spot. I thought the price was reasonable and the cleaning was scheduled for several days later. Due to a cancellation, he was able to come sooner than expected and complete the cleaning. The carpets looked great! I will definitely use this service again.
