Description of Work: They installed carpeting in 2009 but the carpet has buckled in places in 2 rooms. My calls and visits to their store to get them to come and fix the carpet have gone unanswered. I know the carpet installation is out of warranty but I'd pay to have them fix it. I'm guessing they only want installation business and not repair business.

+ -1 moreThe installation could not have gone better. The installers got right to work and finished in a timely manner. Very polite and cleaned up whatever mess they made.
Description of Work: installed family room carpet. Jim came to the house within a day of my calling him and gave an estimate. After the order was placed it was approximately 3 weeks until installation. Installers were polite, clean, and did an excellent job. They offered to help put the room back together, which was not necessary ,but very thoughtful to ask. I would use them again without question/

carpet installation
+ -1 moreI had a lot of fun working with them when I went picking up what I needed. I would just spend hours talking to them for the fun of it. I was pleased with what I got. I had one problem. I had some laminated flooring in the kitchen and I had bubble problem but it got taken care of. They have been in business for a long time. We were not living in the house while the work was going on. However it looks great. There was one occasion when I had to meet somebody and he came to my other house. I believe he was quite punctual. They were subcontractors only. They provided the product and I think they did the insulation. I was certainly happy with the whole procedure and working with them. I will definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Carpetland to do the carpeting for me.
