Always Perfect

Third year we have used them and they do great work, including cleaning of all the sills.

We were under the gun, because I had to leave town the next day and i had to be sure all windows were very bright and shiny; it's an old house but a beauty. We had researched other companies, but this one was accommodating and flexible with our dates. They also gave us a break on the price. I would definitely use them again.

Showed up on time. Professional and Friendly, both the owner and the worker. House and shed looked very good afterward. I was amazed the spray could get to the second floor without the operator getting on a ladder. The spray did not look powerful enough to make it that far but it did and house looked so much better afterward. The owner sprayed our truck and driveway with water when done so that neither was stained . While doing the second floor a cover from the bathroom fan fell off. The owner stated it was not their obligation to put it back on but they said they would. The worker got our ladder out and went up on roof to replace it. Nothing negative to say about this company.

Did a great job. We will use in the future.

He said he was going to do a soft pressure wash and they paint came off and it took the top surface of the cement on my patio off. He was not prompt and he made excuses. The paint came off of the porch and my shutters, and he tried to get some of the white chalk off the front of the house when the paint came off of the shutters. And he did not even say that he took some paint off, until i noticed and he asked me if i had some black paint and that he wld fix it for me now. and i went downstairs and could not find any. so he said he wld go an get some paint and he said i promise i will be back and i have made several phone calls to his company and have not had a response yet. With the paint that came off of the siding he said he had to use harder pressure.

Told that appointment would be between 8 - 8:30 (by Karen) and Tom called at 8:50 stating he'd be here in a 1/2 hour and that he was (I like my appointments to be on time). Unfortunately, I scheduled a doctor's appointment later in the morning and had to leave them to their work without being at the house for a while. Upon my return they were working at my neighbor's home and shouted over to see how I liked the look of everything. I pointed out two (2) small areas that I needed addressed and Tom was right on it! The only down side and it was my error in not looking closer, is they only take payment in check and would have preferred to use the credit card to earn some points and have comfort of recourse should my husband come home and not like something (certain areas will still drying). Would I use them again? Sure, however a referral discount would have been nice in bringing my neighbirs on board not to mention a few co-workers who are curious as to how it all turned out :) Nice job overall.

Always Perfect did a great job. The house, garage, windows and deck all look wonderful. I have extensive gardens around my house and was concerned about damage to my plants from the detergent used on the house. Tom and his crew were very careful and sprayed my plants with water before and after the house wash. None of the plants seem to have been affected. Tom was quick to return my calls and showed up when he said he would for the estimate. He came about an hour later to do the job than he had originally said, but called to let me know they were finishing up another job and would be here soon. I would recommend Always Perfect, and I will use them next time I need my house washed. They were responsive, professional, and did excellent work.

A crew of 4 or 5 came to clean windows and screens in our home. An estimate was given the same day as the call. A crew came the following day to do the job. They were timely, courteous and did an excellent job. The price was also reasonable We will definitely use Almost Perfect again and highly recommend this business to others.

The company is family owned and operated, and came to our house to give an estimate. They were very professional and polite and described in detail the job that they would do. My wife was so impressed we decided to give them the job immediately. They came back two weeks later at our request and did a great job. We have old storm windows and they took each one down, hand cleaned each side and then replaced them. They even cleaned the window sills!. The windows were so clear that it was hard to see the glass. In the past we had other companies do the windows at a lower price, but no one has ever done such a good job.

They called and said they weren't able to fulfill the appointment and I insisted they find a replacement company to do the work, which they did a bad job and threatened me over the phone. Revised review - Ocotber 22, 2012 In early October, the owner of Always Perfect called me to ask me to revise my review. He said that if I didn't, he would never provide window cleaning services to me. I believe Always perfect is a company that's good at what it does. My evaluation of Always Perfect is based on the fact that I felt hung out to dry when the company cancelled its service one day before coming to my house to clean windows. Always Perfect had a legitimate excuse. Some equipment that would make the job easier and less costly for them broke down. As a former businessman, I considered this a problem for Always Perfect one of those rare things that happen which a company must remedy despite the cost. Companies must bear the cost of conducting business in situations like this - a good company does not run away from responsibility. In any case, I convinced Always Perfect to find a company that would step in to fulfill its broken promise - we had a wedding in two days and needed the job done, a situation made known to Always Perfect from the beginning. The company they found cleaned my windows without the kind of equipment that broke on Always Perfect. They were difficult to work with. I had to convince the workers to do over some windows because they were not at standard. When I refused to pay the entire bill until they corrected the job, I was threatened by the owner on the phone. I believe Always Perfect is a good company and I don't want the owners to lose jobs because of this rating. But, then on the other hand, maybe my review will lead them to act more professionally in fulfilling future contracts and their business will improve. Give them a chance. But make certain you insist that they do what is promised no matter what unforseen and unfortunate thing happens to them.

From proposal to follow up phone call after work completion, this company was professional, friendly and punctual. They treated our home as if it were theirs, taking great care to get this huge job done right. The house looks beautiful, and the price for the entire job was exactly what we had agreed upon.

We were very pleased. Pressure washed exterior of vinyl sided house including windows. Making arrangements was handled very pleasantly and professionally. Plus we got lucky and they came the next day. Very good job, no mess left behind, and billing was also done in a very nice manner.

Did an excellent job. Windows, screens, and sills were extremely dirty and are all super clean now. They were very neat and careful. Everyone was extremely professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Would not hesitate to use them again.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE VERY NEAT AND ORGANIZED IN PERFORMING THEIR TASK AND LEFT EVERYTHING NEAT AND CLEAN.

The house and particularly the deck look much better. The house siding had not been washed since I owned it (about 10 years) so it had accumulated a lot of dirt. Always Perfect got that all cleaned up. The deck (pressure treated wood, about 16 by 20) was really bad and they got that looking good as new. There were a few places on the house where dirty water had dried and left dirt behind, but they took care of that the next day when they were doing the windows. Windows look good too, a few water spots left behind because my water is hard and the outdoor faucets bypass the water softener. So that's not too surprising. Overall, I was pleased with the service.

I was very satisfied with Always Perfect. Everything game out sparkling clean. I was mostly impressed with their responsiveness. Both Tom and his wife are very customer service oriented which you don't see much nowadays. Will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the work and the people in the field, which included the owner. They were responsive from my very first call and email inquireis; gave me a cost in line with other quotes; scheduled me very reasonably (and sooner than I expected) and provided email confirmation; called and verified they'd be there a few days before and the morning of the visit; added extra work I requested once they arrived and the additional cost was acceptable; and left the house looking great with no problems of crushing landscape or leaving a mess or anything indicating they'd even been there, except for a much cleaner looking house!

They were prompt, did a thorough job, and cleaned up after themselves. The windows and siding came out great...were prompt and courteous. Can't wait to get my house done next week.

The job that they did went very well. Their punctuality was excellent and they were very professional. We would use them again in the future.

I normally wash my windows myself, but since I was recovering from a fall, I thought it would be smarter to have someone else do it for me. Of course, this idea came to me the Monday before Thanksgiving. I checked Angies List and found Always Perfect was close to my house and made the call. Because of my time constraints, I only wanted the first floor of my house done, so when I spoke to the owner, she told me the earliest available date was December 8 and I laughed. She asked when I wanted it done and I said "tomorrow". Without a moments hesitation, she asked if she could check with her husband and call me back. I was stunned that she was even going to try to work something out for me and was even more surprised when she called and said they could do it Wednesday morning (the day before Thanksgiving). They had another job planned, but because of the weather, they were going to have to reschedule - so it was my good fortune they could do my windows. Her husband and one other gentleman arrived a few minutes late, but they called in advance to let me know this. They walked in my front door, started cleaning and never stopped until they were finished. My windows are crystal clear and look beautiful - a far better job than I had ever done myself!

They were fine. They came out and did what they said they would do. However, I ended up choosing another company for the job. There was no particular reason for not choosing this company. They quoted about $550. I would consider them for a future quote.

The work was of high quality, the widows were not streaked (even in the bright sun) and they made no unnecessary mess. Because our windows were washed before tropical storm Irene came to town Tom offered to come back after the storm and touch up the windows if necessary. I will have them back next year for some additional work. They did a great job.

Went very well. They were punctual, and did good work.

Did excellent job. Cleaned up everything and left totally cleaned up. Would hire again.
