Description of Work: They washed windows inside and out. They did a great job. My only complaint was they were 40 min. late. Since I had made arrangements for someone to be here, since I could not be, it made for a longer house sitting commitment.

Description of Work: We researched this company and checked references and decided to try them. They not only pressure wash but they also do painting so we hired them to stain our home. They were excellent, hard working, responsive and did an excellent job. Like others we spoke to when we checked their references, we will definitely use them again with full confidence.

Description of Work: The franchise owner provided an estimate, before taxes and the cost of the stain [a name brand] prior to the work being done. They powerwashed the entire exterior the day before applying matching stain, and then completely cleaned the exterior sides off all windows. Service was prompt, courteus and friendly.  + -1 moreIt got done very quickly--and beautifully--and the house sold the first day it was shown! No mess inside or out. No time wasted. They had a large team, everyone equipped. They divvied up the work, and it was done very quickly. These guys understand STAGING a job; it was very well organized so that once they started, it was done with no problem. I am currently asking Always Perfect to do an estimate on further work on another house--painting and trim carpentry. A+ all around. Couldn't be happier!

 + -1 moreIt went well and we would use them again. Perhaps annually if I play it smart and budget for it. On the day they came, we had painters finishing an exertior paint job, and an electrician installing a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. There was some coordination that needed to happen between the different contractors, but they all worked together to get their jobs done. It was amazing to see how much light came through the windows once they were clean!
Description of Work: Inside and outside cleaning of 22 windows + 3 doors. Removed the 3-track storm windows and cleaned them too. Cleaned up window sills. We have an older home so it wasn't necessarily an easy job; we don't have the windows that tilt out.

 + 0 moreWe have an older home with wooden windows, not all of which slide up and down easily and several of which do not stay up without someone holding them. We also have old aluminum storms that do not come out of the frame. Hence, this was a labor-intensive project requiring one person on the inside of each window and one on the outside. The third person was working downstairs first on the inside and then on the outside. The original estimate was probably lower than it would have been had we all realized the difficulty with the storms. But, Tom honored the price he had quoted, even though it took longer than estimated to complete the job. They called to say what time they would arrive and were on time. They confirmed the day before via phone. Tom was extremely nice to work with and a good communicator. He was cheerful, in spite of the challenges of the job. We would highly recommend this company for window washing and if they complete all their other services with the same quality and professionalism, which is very likely, you can't go wrong.
Description of Work: Tom and his two staff, Chris and Dennis, cleaned all of our windows, including storms, inside and out.
