I wish they all went as smooth. Thanks
Description of Work: They completely rebuilt our entire pool area deck area liner new steps total rebuild Paul and his crew or team did an excellent job there were some weather delays and it was peak season but he accomplished an amazing rebuild. He honor everything HE said he would do and we are very satisfied with the work. The pool is wonderful and looks as new even a year later. Thanks we would use again

+ -1 moreWe had called several other companies in addition to Albany Pool Rebuilders. Only one other company called us but never showed up as they had promised. Albany Pool Rebuilders called back and came as promised. They did not try to have us do work we did not need.
Description of Work: We needed someone to look at our inground pool steps before we had some concrete work done. The steps had moved slightly over the winter. Someone came from Albany Pool Rebuilders came and assessed the pool stairs. We did not need any work done to the pool and were able to continue with the planned concrete work.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I have never been disappointed with any of their services. We have been working with them for the last 4 years happily.
Description of Work: We used Albany Pool Rebuilders because of a friend's recommendation. We have not been disappointed. We had been having some difficulties with our pool and the company that installed our pool. After several seasons of disappointment and frustration we reached out to Albany Pool Rebuilders. I needed an opinion on an issue and I called them to discuss our problem. The owner, Paul called me back that day. I emailed him pictures of our issue and he told me what the problem was and said it wouldn't be an issue. I had already called other companies who assured me that they would charge me to come out. I was very impressed that he did not take advantage of the situation, as so many do, and charge me to give an opinion. We have worked with them ever since and continue to. We have them open and close our pool every year. We have also had them replace parts and make repairs with our ongoing issues. We have to do a major repair this summer and we will be using Albany Pool Rebuilders without a doubt. I have recommended this company over and over again to friends and family and they have not been disappointed either. It is without reservation that I recommend this company!
