They offered me a second opinion when I told them that my first contractor s price was much too high. They came over for free, to see if they could locate the very old part I needed, discovered it is not anywhere and so they would have to replace the furnace, and were willing to work with me on payment so that I could get the furnace installed right away. Their price was much lower for the same furnace that I had been offered by another contractor. My old house still had fuses for the furnace and it took them much longer than they d expected to work through that problem, but they stayed til it was done, even though that meant they canceled on Valentines Day weekend plans they had! I was so grateful. It was freezing out and I didn t want to endure a second night of that cold!

Will Nichols the owner responded promptly to my call. He was on time for the appt and did a tune up on my furnace at the quoted price. He is courteous and professional and I will stay with him after making the change from Roland Down who were a problem. I recommend A 1.

A-1 Heating was efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to perform the checkup and cleaning of my furnace quickly while other companies was giving me a November date for the same service. Will definitely call them in the spring for the air conditioner check
