Best Carpet Steam Cleaning

I have been a regular customer for 12 years; Gerald and his staff are Professional and do an excellent job. He has since passed on the business to his son Mike who upholds the same standards his father has set for the past 12 years. We have since removed all the carpets from our house and replaced them with area rugs and after Mike came and cleaned them the rugs they look just as good as they did when I bought them 3 years ago. They were very good. Cleaned three bedrooms, landing and stairway. They were very nice and we were very happy with the job.

I absolutely cannot say enough about these guys. They can on very short notice and were super friendly. We got home after they were finished and couldn't believe how the carpets looked....BRAND NEW!!!! They even did a bench at the end of the bed be aide they noticed muddy paw prints. It was beyond my expectations, I have heard of this business over the last decade or so but I’ve always had hardwood flooring in my home. I’ve recently moved into my first home and it’s all carpeted. I had an old phone book and hoped that the number was still the same and thankfully it was! Gerald answered on the first ring and was extremely respectful and professional and eager to help me out! I never have had to hire professional help before but as I said I bought this house and it definitely needed help in the floor department. I left for the day and when I came back it was like I walked into a brand new home. Gerald and his employee superseded my expectations and I am so thankful that I not only remembered their business from long ago but that they were able to come within a few days and completely transform my house to a home. I called best carpet to get my carpets done and i live in a fairly large home so i was hoping the prices wouldnt be too high as i called a couple businesses a few days prior and was shocked at how much they were charging. To my surprise the price of my carpets being done and also my main living room white couch cleaned, was cheaper then the other places to do just my carpets. So i booked with them immediately. They were 3 minutes early and i was very thankful for the punctuality, it took about 3 hours to be done and i just went and did some shopping in glens falls and when i came back i was so thrilled to see hoe wonderful everything looked. 10/10 for everything they did and i will be recommending to a friend!
