Description of Work: This company provided a specific scope of work and estimate of cost (4500-6000) for a foundation design under a signed contract. They estimated 8 weeks for completion of the work. The total cost exceeded $13,000, they failed to provide any documentation to support this billing despite numerous requests by email and phone, and the time to complete the work exceeded 20 weeks. The work is rated as fair because of numerous gaps in the design requiring additional interpretation by the contractor. This was without question the worst professional relationship I have had in my adult life. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this firm to look elsewhere.
