 + -1 moreI contacted this service provivder on behalf of my Mom who lives in a town nearby. She is elderly and not computer savvy so I was trying to help her find a plumber for some burst pipes and problems she encountered upon returning from Florida. Unfortunately, this provider never bothered to respond to my message, even to say sorry he does not service her Town. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this provider to anyone. How does a provider not even bother to communicate with apotential customer, especially someone elderly in need of service, living in a relatively isolated area with not many options? Huge Fail for this provider!
Description of Work: NOTHING - including not even bothering to answer my email to him.

Description of Work: I am extremely impressed with Hiram's services. He returned my call immediately, provided me a quote the same day and when the snow fell, he was there at 5:30 am. During a recent snow storm, he even came to our house at midnight to make sure we would be able to leave our house for work the next morning should he run behind schedule. I recommend his services without hesitation.

 + -1 moreHiram returned my phone call promptly and made an appointment with me - the appointment being two days after our conversation. He arrived, quickly assessed the problem. He temporarily fixed the problem and returned, as promised, in 2 days to finish the job. Hiram is my new best plumbing friend!
Description of Work: Identified sink lift rod problem. Dismounted sink drain, cleared it, re-puttied, and remodeled. Placed lift rod extension from plastic to metal. Replaced metal trap.
