Tom Decker great to do business with

This was a very difficult job refinishing some very old floors. Tom did an amazing job! Canâ t believe how nice they are! Tom was a great communicator through the whole process and a great person I highly recommend doing business with.

Tom was courteous and polite but that is where the good part ends. He did a very poor job. There are places that were not sanded and are rough and there are places he missed altogether with polyurethane. Lastly there are millions of these dried beads of poly between all of the floorboards that make it feel like sand on the floor. No matter how many time I try to rub them off they just keep coming back. Unfortunately we are looking for someone else to re-do the floor that we just spent $1,500 on. When I told Tom about the poor quality of his work he really did not care and did not offer to make it right. I could never recommend him to anyone.

Tom responded to my phone call very quickly, gave me a quote over the phone, scheduled the work and was there when he said he would be. He was very professional and courteous and did exactly what he said he would in the time-frame specified. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product! Thank you Tom - you will definitely get a recommendation from us!
