+ 0 moreDid an excellent job. Started the job when he had estimated he would get to me. Always called a day or so ahead to say they planned on coming. (Job was weather dependent, and took a couple of days). Cleaned up after themselves. Always very responsive to my questions and explaining things so I understood. Very happy with the final product.
Description of Work: Had wooden steps, small deck removed and replaced with concrete step. Also had a short sidewalk replaced.

+ -1 moreThey are fantastic. The stairs are beautiful. The steps were wider, and they had a tread effect to them. They are absolutely wonderful in the winter. They clear quickly, and they're very, very safe. I'm very impressed with them, and they are good-looking, too. I could have trouble with stairs, but these are perfect. I did quite a bit of comparing on prices, and the stairs were a good buy. It only took them two hours, so the door wasn't out of commission for very long at all.

+ 0 moreUnit Step was prompt in coming out to give me an estimate and completing the job in a reasonable time frame, especially since I had to do some repairs. I am satisfied with both the product and the installation.
Description of Work: We had our old wooden backdoor steps replaced with a 3-step, 48 inch wide prefabricated unit with wrought iron rails. I removed the old steps myself, did some repairs and patchwork, and Unit Step took it from there.

Superb job! They are very friendly and professional; the job was done quickly and the product seems to be very well made. We would definitely work with this company again.
Description of Work: We hired this company to put a three-step unit and railing in our garage. The unit was ready-made concrete and we paid extra for the wrought iron railing.
