Description of Work: This company is professional and a quality company but the prices are ridiculous,a 15 min service call =$900 & gas prices are above everyone around.There was even a fee to terminate service.

+ 0 moreI had initially e-mailed them with a day that would work well for me. They called me back promptly and confirmed that would be no problem. I called them the day before to get an estimate of when they would be by and confirm they were coming. They arrived right on time and it only took about twenty minutes. It didn't cost me anything other than when they came by to put gas in our newer tanks, though they did promptly credit me for the gas I had in the old tanks - so all went well.
Description of Work: They had to swap out our outdated propane tanks. Provided one newer tank that held more or the same amount of gas as the old two tanks held. Also, the new tank has a gauge so we can see if we are ever low - though they have never allowed us to totally run out before. They come periodically and put in the gas and leave us a slip at our door - never any problems with them. They sent me something in the mail letting me know I had to schedule a day for them to come and put new tank in and inspect the connection, etc. My only complaint is that someone must be home and the hours they will come are between 8-4 M-F. If you work full-time, as I do, and have a commute to your job, you are never home during those hours! So...that was an issue - but I was able to make arrangements with my office and work that day from my home office so it worked out OK, but some people aren't able to do their job from home so I would imagine this would prove a major inconvenience were they to have to take a day off to be there for the gas service techs to come by.

+ -1 moreTheir follow through was terrible. They sounded great on the phone, but didn't follow through in a reliable way. In another house we own, in a different city, we had a similar experience.

+ -1 moreThese guys are very easy to deal with. Something that I really like about them is that they come only when you call. They have been really great through the eight years that I have used them. Knowing that I can count on them makes me feel a lot more comfortable.
Description of Work: Paraco Gas delivers propane for my furnace in my 2000 square foot home. We have an annual contract with them.
