Harco Heating A/C and Refrigeration

Description of Work: Called because we had no heat. It was also time to renew our service contract. Andrew (owner) came right over, thinking first the system was just airbound. It turned out that the expansion tank and a valve failed. Fixed the same day! It's been rather cold so I was real happy to have it fixed so quickly. Friendly, professional service.

Description of Work: I had my central A/C system replaced by Harco. They seemed to do a good job (of course, only time will tell for sure). I wasn't too happy with a few relatively minor things: staining the carpet, ceiling leak, banged walls, which weren't fixed all that well. As far as the A/C installation itself, Andrew seemed competent and knew what he was doing, although I can't say the same for some of his crew. However, once he received the payment in full, I had a very hard time getting hold of him. He still owed me some paperwork, which I eventually got, but it took much longer than it should've and required much more effort on my part. I also wasn't sure about the sound the unit was making and had asked Andrew to come over and take a listen. He never did, and moreover, he completely ignored my last email which had just a couple of simple questions for him.

Description of Work: They added central air (heat-pump) to upstairs of a 4-bedroom Colonial which never had central air so this included new ducts, registers, electric, and the complete system. They worked neat; including when cutting holes for vents and returns in bedrooms, baths, and hallway. They also added a mini-split heat-pump for cooling (and heating) the downstairs Family Room and Kitchen. Also added two Wi-Fi thermostats.

Description of Work: They have done boiler and furnace work for me.
