+ -1 moreScheduled a and quot;in-home consultationand quot; with Fred for 2/25/13. Went great. He was a super nice guy and I was confident, upon finishing that meeting that we would probably go with him. He said to give him a couple of days to work on the estimate and he would send it to me. I waited a week and heard nothing. Since then I have called and left SEVERAL messages asking for a response, and once again explaining to them that we are under a time crunch. I have still to date, heard nothing back from them. They built our hopes up, got us really excited to work with them and then ended up waisting 2 weeks of time that we did not have. Very disappointed and frustrated with them.

+ 0 moreVazac was contracted to replace numerous roofs in my community which was scheduled by the HOA so I cannot say whether the job started on time. I can say that on the day that they re-roofed my specific unit that they took precautions to protect the siding and windows of my unit. Upon completion, the grounds looked just as good as before they came, and I didn't find any nails on my patio or driveway. I was relieved that all roof shingles were intact after Storm Sandy and no leaks.
Description of Work: My HOA community contracted to have Vazac strip the existing roof shingles, replaced old shingles with 30yr architectural shingles with an ice shield and ridge vent, replace damaged plywood were needed and replace existing skylights.

+ -1 moreWe were actually going to hire him but we couldn't get a hold of him and he wouldn't return phone calls. He actually lost out on our job because of his lack of professionalism. His customer service is horrible and like I said, he blew a job and he blew his future jobs. He was my first choice over the other company that I used for roofing. I actually called him to give him the go ahead and his secretary called me. Then I had to wait for him for ten days and then I again left messages, sent e-mails and then the secretary said he is very busy but he is going to get in touch with you and going to call you on Monday. Mondays came and went but he never contacted me. Finally, I said I am not using this guy.
Description of Work: He came and gave us an estimate on my roof.

+ -1 moreIT WAS AMAZING. THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL, NEAT, ON TIME, SO I'VE USED THEM FOR A LOT OF OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENTS. DURING THE WORK A TEMPORARY SINK AND COUNTERTOPS WERE PUT IN FOR MY CONVENIENCE.
Description of Work: OUR KITCHEN WAS REMODELED AND EXTENDED, WHICH REQUIRED AN ADDITION TO THE HOUSE. THE OLD KITCHEN WAS GUTTED SO ALL THE CABINETS, COUNTERTOPS, SINK AND FLOORING WAS REPLACED.

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY DID A EXCELLENT JOB ON THE NEW WINDOW INSTALLATION. THE JOB WAS SKILLFULLY DONE AND THE WINDOWS ARE TOP QUALITY. THE HOUSE LOOKS GREAT WITH THE NEW WINDOWS.
Description of Work: WE HAD ELEVEN DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS INSTALLED AND THE OLD WINDOWS WERE TAKEN OUT AND HAULED AWAY.
