They are amazing, reliable, and have integrity. They are professional and they have people working for them for years. They don't fix things that are not necessary. My mother has Alzheimer's and they left the bill, but she didn't pay it. They called and wanted to know how my mother was and if she was okay, not about the bill and then they refused to take the bill because of my mother's condition.

Pool was cloudy and precipitated dirt shortly after her finished "cleaning" it.

This company provided the only negative experience I've ever had using Angie's List. I had purchased a Loop Loc cover from Sundance this past fall (2010), and had them close the pool at the same time. I was happy with their service, so I had them open my pool on 6/10/11. Since the only appointment I could get (without waiting weeks, since it's a busy time of the year, in fairness) was during the day, I asked my dad to come to my house, to see how Sundance removed the cover, and that perhaps he and I would do the opening ourselves next spring, depending on how difficult it is (there are a lot of fasteners, etc. with a Loop Loc cover). Well, the two men were clearly not pleased with my father being there. In one instance, he was standing outside the fence surrounding the pool, observing yet staying out of their way, and not hovering over them by any means. One man said to him "We're going to put the cover there, you gotta move". They had forgotten to bring a bolt to secure the diving board, which is funny since they are the ones who cut it off the previous year, when they removed the diving board. So, my dad offered to help them by asking if they wanted him to run to the hardware store to buy the bolt. The 2nd man, obviously in a hurry, said to the first man "Just leave it there" (meaning the diving board) on the side of my house, instead of putting it back in the garage where it was originally, and then they left. To this day, over 2 weeks later, it still hasn't been installed. I spoke to the woman at the office, explaining how annoyed I was with the men's behavior toward my father, and how they just left the diving board on the side of my house. Mind you, this was all done in a tone that while clearly annoyed, kept professional. Instead of apologizing the first thing the woman did was immediately get hostile with me, and kept yelling "Why are you yelling at me?" over and over, in a crazed tone, drowning out anything I would attempt to say. I explained that in fact, I wasn't yelling at her, but voicing my annoyance with the work Sundance did, which I was perfectly within my right to do. She told me that she'd call me back when *I* had calmed down. If you are looking for trouble-free service, look elsewhere. I was lured into using Sundance, since it was a husband/wife run business. The first contact I had with Sundance was pleasant, but I learned a hard lesson. They are friendly if the job goes right, but react horribly when faced with even the smallest amount of criticism.

they scheduled and completed all the pool work to fit in with a complete backyard landscaping project that took about 3 months to complete. their quote was in line with two other quotes for the same work scope (within 3%). sundance did the work professionally and the pool has operated flawlessly since. they respond quickly to pool questions, and are always prompt and courteous for pool opening and closing.

The workers from Sundance are so helpful. It's a lot of work, and they do a great job. They talk me through how to do different things with the pool. They always return my calls in a timely manner. They have a great office staff and technicians. They are just wonderful. I think their prices are reasonable. They are very nice and always there for me.
