Reed from RJD came later then scheduled. But texted me to let me know that he was running late because of a difficult job he had prior. Once he came in, he was able to find the problem and fixed it

RJD never showed for our scheduled appointment and has not returned calls or texts. The voicemail box was full and I couldn't leave a message.

They never showed up and never called. I call multiple times VM always full. Text multiple times, no reply. They obviously have no respect for a customer.

Reed and RJD electrical are consummate pros. He makes an appointment, shows up on time, answers phone calls and texts, and gets the job done. Outstanding service!

Terrible. He was 45 minutes late, said he texted to say he would be late but did not. When he got here, he quoted me a price of 450, then said he would do me a `big favor' and discount it to 350, but only if I did it right now. I told him (Reed) that I wanted to get some other quotes and he replied this was a `right now' price and he could not guarantee I would get it later. Usually shysters tell you there's a sale `until the end of the month' or something but he didn't even make an effort to properly scam me. Terrible and dishonest.

Reed was great. He was very nice and personable, he knew what he was doing and was very professional. He did a great job and cleaned up when he was finished. The light fixture looks amazing! I would hire him again for sure.
