Thank you to Triple H Klaus Roofing. Your sales reps (Chris & Bill) were exceptional! Their presentation to go over our roof & gutter replacement was thorough, mindful of our budget, and we certainly appreciated the amount of time they spent answering all of the questions/concerns that we had. In addition, Will came and oversaw the new gutter installation. He was polite and made sure the gutter installation went as planned. Thank you to all involved in this process.

I was satisfied with the roof installation and would recommend for roofing The good -project manager showed up early and did a walk through to review job with owner -crew was on time, did a good job protecting property before starting job and completed job in one day - project manager and assistant communicated status with owner during duration of job including showing drone photos - happy with cleanup at completion of job and Klaus made good on reimbursement for a few nails left behind -Salesman was open to adding items to contract that were previously discussed but not included in contract’s original submission to owner -Salesman’s presentation was thorough and consistent with actual installation The not so good, - when I wasn’t home, I received a phone call that the roofing materials were delivered to my property prior to the installation date. There was never a discussion with the salesman or office that delivery was a day or two before installation -owner requested salesman to be on site with project manager to review specs of job which salesman agreed to. The contract’s actual installation date was later pushed out one day and the salesman never notified owner that he couldn’t make the installation date that was listed on the contract

Right from the start the salesman Jesse was prompt, clean dressed, courteous, knew his product and very informative. Compared to other salesman that came to our house, Jesse went on the roof, in the attic and took pictures and explained everything in detail to us. That was a done deal right then and there. When the crew came they were on time and worked wholeheartedly throughout the day even though the temperature was only in the teens. Upon leaving they cleaned up completely making sure there was no debree. The project manager Will took photos, before, during and after the job. He was a gentlemen and very professional. We will be having our insulation and a cat walk done and without a doubt Triple H Contracting will be doing the job. Our neighbor who is a retired roofer said they did an excellent job. I salute Jill.

I received a thorough explanation from Jessie. He explained step by step the mKlaus process. I would highly recommend him Jessie to speak to my neighbors about their roof. I’m looking forward to the completion of my roof replacement project. The staff supervised by William were very professional. I received updates as the work progressed. I gave them only a 3 star because I didn't like the way they installed the insulation. They installed it across the whole ceiling that cause limited head space in my closet area, they didn't do a good job, they left the edges with glue and tape on it. They took the easy way to get it done and what I recommend them to anyone is only for their roofing job, not in the insulation.

They did well. They were great, professional and I will recommend them.

We had estimates from a few roofing/insulation companies, and the other salespeople barely set foot in our house. Jesse from Triple H nearly spent 2 hours in my home - he went up into the attic and took detailed photos, looked at the outside of the home, and sat down and thoroughly explained the issues we were dealing with and the solutions that Triple H could provide. I wish every home contractor could be as professional and responsive as this company! They were always available by text, email, phone call, and they continually reached out to check in with us. Our town gave us a hard time getting a permit, and the owner (Jill) literally met with me at my local village hall to file the permit. On the day of the roof installation, the crew arrived on time and the project manager (Chris) stayed onsite the entire time. Our neighbor had just gotten his driveway done the day before, and his crew was constantly shouting and making mistakes. Triple H's crew knew exactly what they were doing - they were respectful, extremely efficient and kept everything super clean. Our roof was redone because of improper ventilation that caused mold to grow in our attic. We will be using Triple H for insulation soon, so I will report back about that experience when it's completed.

The job was completed in one day. The supervisor was on job site the whole time making sure things were done correctly. They cleaned up everything before they left. The roof is beautiful and we are extremely happy with everything.

Jesse was great,very precise, very detailed with his estimate. Very knowledgeable about the products they use and their company stand behind all of their recommendations. Work & work products are outstanding and warranty all their products as well as their work.
