Very well. Was on time, charged a very fair price. Gave me estimates on other things I need done.

Although there was an initial delay in hearing from JBL once we decided to go with them for the job, once Dave started the work communication with him and each member of the team was excellent. The space was gutted. The job included installation and painting of drywall, adding recessed lighting, laying porcelain floor tile, plumbing work to install the clothes washer and installation of a baseboard type heater. An additional small plumbing job was added to repair an outdoor faucet. Dave came by almost every day. Each phase of the work was explained and completed as planned. The entire team was punctual, very respectful of the home and did beautiful work. We are very happy with the outcome and would use JBL again.

We are extremely pleased with the way the job went. From the outset, the owner Dave was very responsive to us, always promptly returning emails and phone calls. He told us that the job would take about 10 days and it took exactly that. His detailed estimate was for his labor and he advised us as to the best places to purchase the fixtures and tile so that we could use his discounts, giving us the option to choose exactly what we wanted. Dave sent a dumpster over for all the debris from the job . They completely gutted the bathroom, also taking out a half-wall that had divided the room. They replaced the old window, replaced all the sheet rock, and ripped out all the old tile both from the floor and around the bathtub. They installed a new toilet, new bathtub, new tile on the floor and tub walls, new light fixtures, new vanity and sink, new interior door, new medicine cabinet, and painted the walls with a color of our choosing. The workmen showed up promptly every morning, worked very hard and were very careful to keep the disruption to a minimum and completely cleaned up the job every single day. Dave checked in everyday as well. The quality of each of his workers was outstanding, and the room looks wonderful. They even came back a couple of weeks later to install a part that we had ordered that was delayed, and to finish up a few little details that they felt needed a touch more attention. We would definitely recommend this company!

Work was completed as discussed. Dave was professional and easy to work with as were all of the people who worked for him: the carpenters, the plumber, and the granite guy.

Very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism and promptness especially Matt and Mike. One day Matt came to finish spackling in the morning after a terrible overnight snow storm even when I told them the night before don't bother. Communication was outstanding, especially with emails, with Dave who was there every day to inspect the previous day's work. Any concerns was dealt with immediately and with a smile even when it was beyond his control. He wanted us to be completely satisfied and we were. I recommend them highly.

Our kitchen looks great! Dave and everyone who worked on our house did a fantastic job and we love the way it came out. Dave was very professional and was always there to answer our questions. We would recommend JBL!

Dave and his crew are professionals who pay attention to detail. They listen to your suggestions and they treat your home as if they are working on their own. Very clean -and they work efficiently. Dave and his crew came to my home to update my daughters room and fix some issues we were having in our kitchen that other contractors were struggling with. Dave offered several options with different prices for each option. My wife and I really felt like he worked with us and genuinely cared about our being happy with the end result. Dave and his crew were punctual, clean, and very respectful of their surroundings. The price was right and I would give JBL my highest recommendation. Once you use them you will never shop again!!!

Dave and his employees are highly professional and take pride in their work. In addition to installing a brand new kitchen, we had a wall taken down which required an I beam, new plumbing run and a complete reconfiguration of the original kitchen. Dave coordinated all of this to happen seamlessly. He ensured that the job was complete within a reasonable timeframe. He is a pleasure to work with as he is honest, transparent and values the work he does. We had a wonderful experience and recommend JBL Home Improvements without hesitation.

I can't say enough good things about JBL Home Improvement, its owner Dave and his crew. Matt and Jim were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They replaced the oval window with a leaded glass one, the moulding around it and reinstalled the siding. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they cleaned and vacuumed their way out of the house. In the past JBL Home Improvement remodeled our kitchen, finished our basement, remodeled our master bath, removed siding and resealed window frames on one side of our house stopping leakage of rain into our basement. We will definitely use them again for our next project.

Although we did not hire this company the gentleman that gave us the estimate was very professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent. Dave and his team were reliable, extremely clean and controlled all the dust during the removal process (which was important to us). Always available to answer questions.

Dave and his crew were on the job on time each of the three days required for the job. Justin and Jim removed old walls and plumbing. Then they installed insulation and sheetrock and shackled as we wished. The job came out perfect and all plumbing fixtures were reinstalled. I am very satisfied with the results.

Perfect company to use, I have no complaints . The professionalism is above and beyond that of any contractor that I have used. Dave is extremely knowledgeable . Matt the Manager is patient and very responsive. The entire crew is awesome. I am so happy with the renovation of my basement last year. I was very excited this year with the renovation of my 2 bathrooms.

The job was efficiently executed. The work area was always free of debris at the end of the day. The entire team showed up on time every morning and were out by 3:30pm. They were the most professional set of contractors I have ever dealt with. My family and I have done many renovations both here and Florida and they were beyond efficient, neat, gave great advice, they were not over priced, paid attention to detail and stood by their word!! They were extremely ethical people, which is extremely important to me.

Dave is amazing. He made sure that all steps of the process were handled with professionalism and a personal touch. While some contractors may cost a little less, the personal care that is provided and the instant responses to questions coupled with his attention to detail make Dave a true professional and a pleasure to work with. HIs ideas and suggestions are spot on.

This is our 4th project with Dave which speaks a great deal to our trust and satisfaction in his work. His attention to detail and suggestions are top notch. He is responsive to questions and is helpful with his guidance. The bathrooms are fabulous.

If I was forced to find one negative, I would say they are expensive, BUT if you want quality work from a company you can trust to complete the job on time and professionally, hire JBL.

Dave came at exact time he said he would for the estimate. We hired him two days later after we got his estimate. He came with his fantastic crew on time and ready to work. We added some things that were not part of the original estimate and they took care of them also. Great quality work at a very fair price.
