Fantastic! He called me at 8:15 in the morning to say they had arrived (I wasn't home). I got there by 8:45 and they were done already, just loading the last few logs onto their truck. They left the properly pretty much spotless. Richie is very pleasant and they got the job done!

Arrive in time, listened to requests, professional crew

Richie was prompt, polite, & a pro. He came quickly to give the estimate, then was able to work with my schedule to get the job done when I needed it. Richie & his crew arrived right on time. All were polite & responsive to my questions & needs during the job. They finished in the timeframe given, & cleaned up well after themselves. Will definitely call on again for future tree work!

The three men arrived on time. They were careful and efficient in tackling a tricky job, having to work around and close to the power lines. They cleaned up the walkway perfectly -- and closed the gate! They accomplished everything we agreed on during the estimate meeting.

He did a good job. He was very professional as were his crew. They got the job done when they said they were going to. They were fair priced and I would highly recommend them. They really good about cleaning up the mess afterwards as well.

Removal went well and clean up was good, except I was not notified I would be left with a large amount (about 8 wheelbarrows) of dirty mulch from the stump grinding.

Went well. The work was performed to my satisfaction. Told me he would arrive in the afternoon and he would call when he was on the way. He did not come until 4:30pm and did not call.

They were delightful. Their price was more than reasonable, it was a third of some of my other estimates. There were no leaves or anything left behind after the work. Even though it was late, they never complained about working. You can communicate with them, they were very thoughtful. It is difficult walking around with a cane, and I get taken advantage of a lot of the time, but these were special. They were polite to each other, a camaraderie. They even brought in my trash cans for me.

Overall the job went well. They were right on time. They did the job and cleaned up and left very well. They were responsive. This is the first time I’m using them. I need some more tree work done and I’m getting a price quote from several others. I do want to check the pricing with the others as well. I would use their services again in the future.
