He also effectively explains the inspection process and gives realistic views as to the state of the home and any actual or potential issues.  + -1 moreAngelo from A to Z Complete Home Inspections was early for our inspection appointment, and as promised, he was at my door within hours from when I made the appointment. He explained exactly what he was going to look at and how the report would be organized for quick reference. The inspection was very thorough, and at the end Angelo reviewed all his notes with me, and pointed out a few areas of notable concern. I would recommend A to Z Home Inspections (without hesitation) to all.
Description of Work: Angelo inspected our whole house from foundation to roofing & provided photos of notable areas of concern. He also tested every GFI outlet to assure their operation and found a number needing replacement. Identified settlement and heaving of driveway along with loose and rotting decking. Recommended I contract professionals to rework items needing rework, and answered all my questions regarding his findings and my concerns.
