 + -1 moreInitially I was concerned about a lot of dust since he had to use a sledgehammer and a jackhammer. He put down several drop clothes and sprayed the concrete with water before he started so there wouldn't be a lot of dust. He was very neat and clean and answered all of my questions. He allayed most of my fears. A job that I thought would be very messy and would take all day, took only 3 hours. He was very accomodating and professional.
Description of Work: He replaced the partial stack pipe on my sewage drainage from the bathroom in the house. This is the waste pipe that comes off of the bathroom. The pipe was exposed in the garage and we noticed something that looked like a crack . He was able to replace the cracked 3" iron stack. He did so by cutting the pipe from above the crack to below the 3" sweep. This pipe runs vertically in our garage and then goes into the concrete. He replaced the sweep. In order to do this, he broke the concrete of the floor of our garage.

 + 0 moreThere are not too many plumbing companies that are going to go to your location after seven o'clock in the evening. These guys came to me right away and handled the situation so well. If that does not make you feel valued, I do not know what is. In terms of service and dependability, they are the best around. You simply can not beat them if you tried as far as I am concerned. They just go that extra mile to be accommodating and make you feel valued.
Description of Work: This father and son company came to my house recently at 7:30 PM. My hot water heater went out. They emptied it for me right there on the spot. Then they came back early the following morning to replace it.

 + -1 moreTHE CUSTOMER STATES THEY WERE VERY GOOD. HE WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE FACT THAT THEY CALLED BACK AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TO FOLLOW UP. HE WILL CALL THEM FOR ANY ADDITIONAL WORK.
