Description of Work: The Sag Harbor Fireplace crew cleaned our home chimney. The crew was punctual, efficient and very clean which equals one word - professional. We are very happy with the service, and we will use them again.

+ -1 moreThe crew who does the work were, in each case I have used them, courteous, neat, efficient and totally professional. The only problem I have encountered is with the office scheduling end of things. In the end, all was fine, and I would recommend the company.
Description of Work: I have used Sag Harbor Fireplace for chimney sweeping in one chimney, and for servicing the gas fireplace at another chimney.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING MY CHIMNEY. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE THE TASK. THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE.
