Ted from GF Schiavoni was terrific. He came with Thomas Ratsep the electrician to check my cesspool pumps. It is a 2 pump system and one pump was intermittent, sounding the warning alarm 2-3 times a day. Thomas checked the control box and determined that one pump was bad. Ted ordered the correct replacement and the job was done within a few days. They worked great as a team, assuring me that the it was indeed the pump and not the control box and they were right. The price was very reasonable and it's now been about 2 months and it's working perfectly. A couple of weeks after the pump replacement my AC stopped working. Called Ted and he replaced the exterior unit fan motor and blade, which was rusted and broke off. Price was reasonable and repair was done in a couple of days, in August!! Great Service. Would not hesitate to use them again..

Really well. They responded to my message promptly and were able to come within a couple of hours, and immediately took care of the problem. The service person (Dennis?) was extremely personable. I thought their price was reasonable, especially given that this is the Hamptons.

He does all my plumbing, heating and a/c for my personal home and my business. He does a good job!

THEY ARE GOOD ABOUT KEEPING TABS ON THINGS THAT COULD BECOME ISSUES OF CONCERN. THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE DEPENDABLE AND ARRIVE PROMPTLY FOR SERVICE CALLS.

IT TOOK ONLY FOUR HOURS FOR THE WORKERS TO COMPLETE THIS TOUGH TASK! THAT WAS AWESOME! THE COMPANY HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FINE WORKERS ON THE JOB!

THE SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN A STRONG REASON TO CONTINUE USING THEM. WHENEVER I HAVE HAD REPAIRS, THE WORK HAS BEEN SOLID. IT IS CONVENIENT TO BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A SERVICE CALL WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR MINOR OR ROUTINE ISSUES.

SCHIAVONI PROVIDES EXCELLENT SERVICE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY BOILER SINCE IT HAS BEEN REPAIRED. THE PRICE WAS WELL WORTH THE SERVICE DONE.

SCHIAVONI RESPONDED TO MY CALL IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE SERVICE PERSON WAS ABLE TO ACCESS THE PROBLEM AND REPAIR IT. THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE AND LOW. MY FURNACE HAS BEEN WORKING JUST FINE.

I AM IMPRESSED BY THIS COMPANY. THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND CLEAN. I DO NOT HAVE ANY FEARS OF BEING OVER CHARGED OR BEING TOLD THAT WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE THAT IS NOT NECESSARY.

SCHIAVONI DID A GREAT JOB ON BOTH GETTING MY NEW WATER HEATER IN BUT ALSO GETTING THE OLD ONE OUT, IT WAS SOMEWHAT OF A JOB. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
