With over 40 years experience in residential and commercial construction and maintenance, Eastern Home Inspections LLC is truly a cut above the rest. Eastern Home Inspections LLC is licensed as a Home Inspection Company by New York State and is also a New York State licensed Mold Assessment Company. We are fully insured. Our extensive experience and education in mechanical systems, plumbing and electrical systems, coupled with expertise in new construction, complex renovations and all aspects of home maintenance, provide the knowledge and tools necessary to offer our clients a precise and detailed Home and or Mold Inspection. Our Home Inspection report fully outlines both the current condition of the residence as well as areas that are in need of attention (describing more urgent issues to minor fixes). Our inspection process is in-depth, exceeding the Standards & Practices for home inspection set forth by New York State.

Just recently purchased a home. Prior to finalizing the deal I contacted Bernie at Eastern Home Inspections to come over and perform an evaluation of the home. Not only did Bernie locate some issues that occurred years ago in the home, but also informed me of potential expenses that may arise. Such things as longevity of the current roof, potential drainage problems, and siding/ wood that is showing a little rot. I was very happy with his professionalism and his thorough inspection. Will definitely be using Eastern Home Inspections again prior to any future purchases. Thanks again, Bernie.
