Thermo Seal Windows Siding & Roofing

After getting many quotes from different competitors in the area, I decided to go with Thermo-Seal for window replacements and vinyl siding installation on my home. I cannot stress enough how happy I am that I made that decision. Aaron is a fantastic salesman and will put you at ease with your decision. He just makes the process so easy and is incredibly accessible. This was huge to my wife and me. Bob supervised the actual construction and was meticulous in his approach. He did a fantastic job and his talented crew will ensure your home looks its best. I'm a detail-oriented person and was very satisfied with the work Bob and his team performed. My house looks brand new and they even dressed up my portico to make it look amazing (I was originally planing on replacing it down the line). I have been an Angie's List member for quite some time and this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. If you go with Thermo-Seal, you will not be disappointed. They have the track record, work directly with manufacturer, are transparent, and having many master certifications for the work they perform. After having a few projects go wrong with contractors in the past, I will go straight to them for all of my future construction needs. If you are going to have any work done on your house, I strongly suggest you give Aaron a call.

This an extremely professional company. Workers were courteous and very meticulous. All work was completed on schedule and the finished product is "spectacular" We would highly recommend Thermo-Seal to our friends and neighbors.

Gentleman came out gave us the estimate. All 3 installations went as scheduled, crew was on time and very professional. I like the fact that when and if I had questions they were answered and explained in detail. Everything looks great and we would definitely recommend this company to our friends and neighbors. I tried to save my stucco siding by painting it but it was not great and so hired Thermo-Seal. One of the owners - Bob - told me that the 2 colors that worked best on my house were Heathcoat and Sable Brown in 5" shingles. Trusting the guidance I received, I chose Sable Brown. On the day of installation a 2?x4? section was applied and the Sable Brown was far too dark and the 7? shingles were too large. I informed Bob of this and he agreed to pause the work in order for me to consider my options. The following day Bob brought samples of other colors and informed me ? in the middle of my street and aggressively enough for 3 neighbors to concerned ? that I would have to pay $1000 and maybe more for a color change, pay him in full that minute or the crew would leave. My house was uncovered and I was left with no choices but to continue with Bob?s bad choice. I was handcuffed. Jader ? my assigned artisan ? resolved a flat exterior by adding a small portico over my door and arbor over a window. JC's attention to detail and demeanor saved my experience and if not for him I would have bailed. I wish the skylights installed didnt leak and that I was in love with my house... This experience awful experience just never ends

On time, minimal dislocation. Pleasant to deal with & easy to reach. Clean. Called a few weeks after job was finished to check on my satisfaction.

Built in 1946, our home's window and door frames are uneven from house settling. The two Thermo-Seal installers were able to fit the windows and the storm door perfectly into the frames. They carefully cleaned all debris during and after the completion of their installation. There was no rush to finish the job and get onto the next. They made sure everything was working properly before they left the premises and and asked if we had any questions about how to use the windows. We received a followup phone call two days later by the sales representative, Aaron Rukin, to check on our satisfaction. We are very pleased with our total experience.

Need extra wood to properly square windows with no extra charge very happy with the look and added warmth through a very cold winter.. It was a pleasure dealing with Aaron.

I called for a estimate and Aaron suggested the best window for resell value. His team was prompt and professional. Did the work fast, installation went perfect and the cleaned up everything. I would use them again in our new home.

The service was fantastic. They are very very good. The windows are very nice. There has been a few issues but the company has followed up with a speedy resolution.

Had a broken pulley mechanism in a 4 year old window installed by Thermo-seal. Contacted Aaron at Thermo seal who promptly returned my call and made arrangements to have the manufacturer service department contact me for repair. Aaron followed up and let me know the the service department would be contacting me and that he had them waive the service call charge. After calls from the service department to ascertain the problem and schedule an appointment a service technician arrived and completed the repair in 10 minutes. The entire repair went smoothly and was facilitated by Aaron who provided excellent customer service on a job that was completed 4 years ago.

Aaron came for scheduled appointment and advised me about materials and style. Windows and frames were custom made. They were installed perfectly in one day with complete expertise. Everything left in pristine condition.

Hiring Thermo-Seal Windows & Siding to install our new windows was an awesome experience from start to finish. Owner Aaron came to our house personally and we had a quote in hand before he pulled out of the driveway. This impressed us because other companies we talked to sent salesmen who did not necessarily have the carpentry/construction background that Aaron did. Thermo-Seal was the only window company we interviewed that agreed to insulate around the windows (which was really important to us considering our home is older). Because Aaron is also a contractor, his was the only company we felt qualified to tackle the associated carpentry our more complicated project required. In addition to new windows (two casements, one slider and 17 double-hung), we needed some frames rebuilt/repaired, and in several rooms we changed opening sizes and window arrangement. The quote we got was incredibly reasonable for the amount of work involved. Another thing we liked: The same person who actually installs the windows, Jader, also measures the windows for order, which avoids and problems later during the installation. Jader was friendly, professional and knowledgable -- a real problem-solver. His crew was great. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after each day so you never knew they were there. Project was completed on time. But the best part -- the windows! Especially the charming little casements by the fireplace and bottom of stairway. Super high quality and from the outside you can't even tell they are replacements. Our house has never looked better or felt warmer. I would highly recommend Thermo-Seal for any job big or small.

Worked with Aaron. Great communicator and delivered to our expectation. Windows were installed in two days including a custom bay window which was absolutely beautiful! We also noticed a small tear on our screen and another was shipped within a month at no cost. Would work with Aaron and his team again!

This is my second time using Thermo-Seal and the results were amazing. We had them do all our windows last year and had such a great experience we felt confident to use them again for our Siding Project. Aron responded to my request for an estimate right away and came in with a great price. Due to my travel schedule for work, I had a very narrow window of time in which the work could be done. Bob and the team were able to work with me to make the schedule happen. This was a big job, but whenever I had a potential issue/question about some of the work, or wanted some thing done in a very specific way, the team was able to address my concerns. During the whole process I had the feeling that these guys wanted to "do the right thing" by there customers and I couldn't be happier. The Siding is perfectly level, all the trim and aluminum work is immaculate, and the very few seams in the siding are so well done that you have to look very carefully to even notice that they are there. It's a few months later and neighbors stop me when they walk buy to tell me what an incredible transformation we made to this house.

Provider emailed me back within 24 hrs requesting I call him on his cell to discuss. We wanted a style of window he does not sell and he declined to install windows from another manufacturer. He was very polite, courteous and professional and I totally understand a provider not feeling comfortable installing a product they do not source themselves or have no prior experience with.

His excellent staff (Jader and Adrion) installed window and screens in the front and rear of my home. They did an excellent job and explained the usage. They were very neat and cleaned up the mess properly. I am very pleased.

We could not be happier with the job Aaron and his team did. aaron was helpful and responsive and worked hard to make sure we were happy with what we ordered and picked out the right windows and correct colors. He paid a lot of attention to details such as what direction the casements would open how many divided lights would look right given the size of each window. It was very clear that he wanted the project to go well and wanted us to be happy with the end result. We went with his company because of our experience meeting aaron and his great reviews on angies list but also because he was offering 0% financing through GE capital. That made the cost manageable and was a strong selling point for us. When the windows arrived they were beautiful and the installation team was very professional. they did the job beautifully, cleaned up very well, paid attention to details, and generally were a pleasure to work with. Our experience was positive from start to finish. the windows are fantastic, the work done was very high quality and the process couldn't have been easier. We have more windows to replace in future and there is no doubt in our minds that we will be calling aaron and his crew when we're ready to do them.

He didn't push me to do anything. He listened to what I had to say and gave his opinion as well. He was very professional and polite.

It went pretty well. six guys showed up on time, and only took them about two days. They did everything they said they were going to do. They cleaned up everything wonderfly, and theres defenitly a difference in the house. Not as loud, and warmer, so they are the best! The owner called me right back after i had contacted him. Im having them come back to do some more work, because they were so good. You get what you pay for here!

Staff was always prompt and courteous. During the installation of one of the windows, they found wood rot (the exterior of my house is cedar). They replaced the rotted portions, too. Water began to come into the windows after the first few windows were put in - we got a strong rainstorm one night. They investigated and determined that my outer window frames weren't doing a good job in keeping water out. All these years, the old windows were letting water into the house, which is why some of the wood was rotted. I knew of this from other water stains inside the house, when I first bought the home. They explained everything to me, took pictures to explain what was going on (since it was high up on the second story), and laid out a plan to "make it right". The adding of flashing delayed the overall install by a couple of days, but that's not their fault, it was a lot of work. Staff kept the work areas clean on both inside and out, and carted away the old windows. Since the install, I've had no water coming in, the cool air in my home stays INSIDE the home, which is a major improvement over my older, 30 year-old windows. One significant benefit was the amount of sound proofing. Well, not proofing, but the amount of outside noise drastically cut down. Before, I could be sitting on the back deck talking, and people inside the house could hear us clear - and that was with the windows and doors closed. Not that way anymore! On the last day of the installation, a rock flew out of the lawn mower and hit one of the windows to my garage, breaking it. I hadn't intended to replace those since they were "ok" and only went into my garage. I loved my installation so much, I've contracted them to replace all the windows in my garage, too! Overall, very pleased. Communication with the owner and crew was constant, and I was never left "guessing" on what their next step of the job was, when they would be back, nothing like that. Very professional.

Aaaron Rukin came to my home to discuss my project - the replacement of a large picture window, a smaller window slide and two windows. The price he furnished was very competitive. In fact lLess than one-half of my prior estimates.He arrived right on time and explained the entire job to me answering all of my questions to complete satisfaction.

Went great and very painless. I had another company come give me a quote and I wasted over 3 hours with a quote that was way too high. A few days later Aaron came to my house and we had a deal very quickly. Thermo Seal started the work a week later and were finished in less than a week. Aaron's workers were great, really nice guys and did a great job. My house is now the best looking house on my block and I've been getting a lot of cars slowing down as they drive by to check out how it looks. I've gotten a lot of compliments and I'm very happy with the whole process from start to finish.
