From start to finish Thermo-Seal did an outstanding job. We worked with Aaron (who can be reached at 516 241-2292). The work was done exactly as it had been described to us. The work crew was extremely neat, courteous, and they always appeared as scheduled. When we recently needed some additional pieces for a gable my husband is putting on our new porch, Aaron tracked the pieces down for us, even though the work was done in 2015.

The installation went well. I was initially concerned about some items but the owner, Aaron Rukin, personally met with me and took care of my concerns. The work is done well; the living space is much warmer due to the new windows; and the work looks good, too. I recommend this company for a job well done.

Aaron and his team were phenomenal throughout the entire process for both the windows and siding. Aaron came to our home to give us a quote for new windows (21 + a sliding glass door). He was up front and genuine and after speaking with him, we knew right away that we were going to use Thermo-Seal to perform the work we needed done and we are so glad that we did. Everything came out better than we could have thought and the team worked cleanly, professionally, and quickly! After the windows were installed, his team mentioned we should have the siding replaced and we ended up hiring them again to update the siding on the entire house. Great Work Guys!! Thermo-Seal is the best around when it comes to remodeling your home. Aaron and Bob are friendly, courteous and have extreme knowledge in what they do. We initially only wanted to do our windows but after meeting with Aaron and going over samples and pricing we decided why not do the Siding and Roofing as well. Everything from the quality of materials down to the installers was just absolutely amazing. Our home looks as if it was just built, thanks again guys for doing such a great job.

Once the windows came in they installed them wonderfully. My mother was home during the install and noticed how fast efficient and quiet they were despite putting in new framing. They even vacuumed after they were done. They said it was a difficult install because the house on a slant, but they did a beautiful job and it only took a day. My mother called to tell me how great it looked, and when I got home I found out it was true. The sliding glass door had a lock on it, I didn't know how to work it at first, and they even offered to come out on a Saturday morning but were able to walk me through the new locking mechanism over the phone through text messaging. They come with a lifetime guarantee which you can't beat. When calling for Aaron or Bob you go right to their direct line, not a secretary which is great. I look forward to working with them in the future.

They arrived on time. Did a great job. Totally cleaned up after themselves. The windows and doors look outstanding. They are an absolute quality product. Will use them in the future for all my window needs.

Bob was our point person and was very attentive and responsive to our needs. We had 4 custom sized and 1 Bay Window replaced. Thermo-Seal's pricing was reasonable and solid- what we were quoted during our free estimate is what we paid. No hidden costs or surprises at the end of the job. What was noteworthy is that they replaced a very old bay window with copper flashing that they did two times. Bob was not satisfied with the first go, so his crew did it again to meet his high standards as well as ours! The workers also rebuilt the bay window's seat and redid the wooden molding with old craftsmen skill! The workers were polite, arduous, and cleaned up daily leaving no mess behind. The job was completed this past summer, and the proof of their work has presented itself in our winter heating bills that have been reduced substantially! I would highly recommend them and use Thermo-Seal for any future jobs we may have. Bob made the whole process stress free.

Professional and fairly priced custom windows installed. On time as expected, but custom windows takes 6-7 weeks. Very satisfied and used them again in the future.

We initially were looking for new vinyl replacement windows, received a door hanger and decided to call. I'm so glad we did because Thermo-Seal is the best when it comes to Home Improvements. No pushy salesmen with their laptops and hour long pitches. Just two great guys, with a phenomenal crew. After the windows were installed we inquired about having some interior painting done, which turned out great. Bob also made himself available to any questions we had even after the job was completed. We're extremely pleased to have worked with you.

I was very pleased with Thermo-Seal from start to finish. We had new Windows installed and already we can tell the difference with the temperature changes in the house. We're very happy with the job. The windows work beautifully and look much nicer than our old 40-year old windows. The salesman, Aaron, was very thorough and easy to work with. The installation crew was completely professional; they arrived on schedule, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. The windows fit right into the old window slots, so no extra work was needed on the window sills, window frames or siding. We purchased the "slim" windows without the window grids, so although the new windows fit in the old window holes, there's definitely more light coming in. We would use this company again. We are completely satisfied.
