+ -1 moreOur AC seized up during a heat wave in August. The system was ancient and in need of total replacement. We gathered quotes from multiple vendors there were several that were competitive with Sean's. Based on a neighbor's recommendation and interaction with Sean we decided to use his company. Sean was extremely responsive and helped us get the system completely replaced in just a few days (we had guests coming to visit!). We are very satisfied with the recommendations he made on system requirements and upgrades, quality of the work and would recommend Sean Black HVAC.

+ -1 moreSean came during the busy summer season to check out my ac's which I thought were not working up to par. This is the 2nd time I've used him.......he comes when he says he is coming and promptly returns calls! He took the time to check everything out and even showed me how to clean the filters myself. He was also honest about the condition of one of the compressors, but didn't try to sell me a new one yet. I would definitely use him again!
Description of Work: Serviced and checked Freon levels in 3 AC unit (outdoor compressors), reconnected outside drain pipe, washed out filters.
