He did not do the work he said he had agreed to do for the price. He had simply tasks like to hang up a blind that he took one half hour to do, with no complications. He is purposely unproductive.

On the day of the appointment, Elvis was prompt, pleasant and fixed our door, which had multiple problems. He also changed out the door sweep which was old and torn (for an additional $99 since he had to go out to purchase the sweep and then install). He had to come back the next day when I had a question about the work. He came after the quoted time, but he was still very professional, readjusted the sweep, since there was a slight gap, no additional charge. I was happy overall with his work and would consider his handyman services in the future.

After four hours it was not completed, he told my wife that he need to come back to do a second coat. He did not complete the first job; he did not paint around the door knob, left tape around the hinges and did not paint the trim around the door. It was clear to me that he set this job up so that he would have to come back to finish. Because he said that he wanted another $250.00 to finish the job. Plus I don't think it needed a second coat.

Elvis worked well. Final outcome is good though it took almost 3 days to complete and cost us more than expected. Overall Elvis did a solid work, hope we can use this range hood even if we change the cabinets some time later. I think it was a mistake on our side not to ask him how long it will take to complete the work. Elvis is very professional and will recommend him to others.

Mr. Santana did not show up for his first scheduled appointment, though I waited two hours for him. I emailed him and he repled that he had been held up on another job. Wish he had called or emailed me to tell me he could't make it. He did show up for the next appointment and did an excellent job, but charged me thirty five dollars extra.

Elvis is very responsive, and texted me before he arrived at my house promptly at 7 AM. He was busy but fit me in, which I appreciated. He worked quickly, and since I had more than enough work to do for the 4 hours I booked, he's returning again to finish. I will hire him again for future work!

Job was finished and cleaned up in a few hours. Gate works great.
