Description of Work: They removed and disposed of the asbestos shingles on my house and replaced them with vinyl siding. Everything went very well. Better than I expected. Their employees were courteous and respectful of the property.

Description of Work: Hans reconfigured the bathroom for my mother-in-law in 2010, He installed a brand new washer/dryer in the bathroom, and strangely --built the wall after he'd installed them. We only discovered this later, very recently, in Dec. 2014, when the washer needed repair and the repairman could not pull the machine out. We called Hans and told him what had happened; he did not believe he had done that, so he went and took a look. He saw in fact that he had built the wall too close to the stacker washer& dryer and did not leave room if there was a problem. There was plenty of room to have built the wall correctly, but he had not taken that into consideration. He said he'd fix it. We then tried contacting him repeatedly for several weeks-- by phone, by text & by email; he did not respond. Then he finally called back and claimed he was going to send someone to rectify the situation.

Description of Work: Precision installed wood floors in 2 bedrooms, and replaced a fluorescent fixture with recessed lighting and hanging light hookups in kitchen. Shoddy workmanship that still has issues. Gappy floorboards with glue that comes out. Uneven, poorly placed lights. They didn't measure. Contacted Precision to resolve/fix the problems, but they repeatedly blew it off. Very unhappy. They were initially very easy to contact and fast to start, but didn't care once they got paid. Also, I was surprised at how ill-prepared they seemed to be. They used items in my apartment to hold things level and brace the wood etc. Awful. Some of the issues like the glue leakage etc didn't show up for a few days, so I didn't realize how bad the job was. Also, they kept reassuring me that they were going to fix the problems... never happened. UPDATED: Nobody likes to have to give a bad review, but if it helps another member to avoid a bad experience then it is a necessary thing. The response is untrue and the tone should speak for itself. I was never anything but polite and even after approaching the owner in person after email and phone resolution attempts and much time, I was told he'd "stop by during the week because he was very busy now." Everything was always polite on both sides, but they just blew me off from day one after the job was finished. Nobody walked on the bedroom floor, the apt was vacant. I never asked to move the lights to a new location, just for them to be lined up properly as they should have been. I agreed not to dispute the lights further because I was told it would ME cost extra to repair THEIR quality of work, but I simply asked them to come back to fill in the floor gaps and try to clean up the glue leakage. It was all very calm and polite to the end, and considering the price was extremely good, I just chalked it up to "getting what I paid for" and lesson learned. I had even hoped that maybe a poor review might provide a resolution attempt, as a professional would have taken the opportunity to do. The insulting response should serve to warn anyone of how this company does business.

Description of Work: Completely renovated master bath. Put in marble flooring, marble tile in shower, installed new vanity, new toilet, mirrors with medicine cabinets and painted. Hans and the crew that worked on the bathroom were friendly, professional, always cleaned up and very very punctual. Hans was always easy to reach with any questions. We were very pleased with whole experience.
