Wonderful. Marc and his team were professional and courtesies. As you can imagine, removing 9 large pine tree's leaves a great deal of debris. Not only did they completely clean my property, they also cleaned my neighbors property. If you need tree's removed, there is no one better than Gedney Tree Care!

I spent about $600 on that service. I death with the owner and he was highly educated, gave me a lot of information and helped me make really good choices. He was also prompt and punctual.

He called several weeks after the estimate was agreed upon to set up a day that he would come to do the work. When I returned home that day the work was not done and he called to say it needed to be rescheduled. When the work was finally done it was a very poor job. He did not cut back some of the trees as much as he should have. In addition I had found a coupon in a local magazine for 10% off any tree service from the company. I obtained the coupon after the estimate but before the work was done. When I sent the payment in(10% less than the quoted price) with the coupon he refused to accept it. He was extremely nasty & arrogant. He insisted that I should have presented the coupon at the time I requested the estimate. This is clearly a scam, he would have quoted me a higher price and than let me use the coupon so I would think I was getting a bargain. The following month he had the same advertisement in the local magazine but removed the coupon.
