+ -1 moreYOU DON'T NOTICE THAT IT WAS RIPPED. THE RUG CAME BACK IN GOOD SHAPE AND GOOD COLOR. YOU COULD NOT TELL THAT IT HAD BEEN CLEANED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, CONSIDERATE, ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS, FINISHED THE JOB WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DELIVERED IT BACK TO US.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE CORNER OF A RUG THAT WAS PULLING AWAY AND THEY CLEANED IT.

+ -1 moreWATER STAINS ON THIS 8 X 10 FOOT PERSIAN RUG CAUSED THE COLOR TO RUN. SEVERAL DIFFERENT CLEANING COMPANIES SAID THE CARPET COLOR COULD NOT BE RESTORED AFTER TREATING THE STAIN. CARPET TRENDS CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A DRY CLEANING COMPANY IN RYE, NEW YORK AND ALTHOUGH IT TOOK 6 WEEKS (I WAS TOLD UP FRONT) THE RUG CAME BACK FULLY CLEANED AND RESTORED TO ITS ORIGINAL LUSTER.
Description of Work: SPOT AND STAIN REMOVAL FROM AN ANTIQUE PERSIAN RUG, INCLUDING PICK UP AND DELIVERY.
