 + 0 moreCalled Ron Schneider on the advice of a friend, to give us an estimate on windows and siding. Made an appointment with him over the phone for the next week... he didn't show up. Called him that day and he appologized, came the next day. We wanted an estimate for new siding and windows for the entire house. He said he would come by over the weekend to make measurements and contact us with the estimate. That was the last we heard from him. He never took measurements, never called us, never got back in touch with us.

 + 0 moreRon and his crew showed up promptly in the morning removed the old decking, dug the holes and poured the footers. Came back the next day and went to town on building the deck. The stairs were put in the next day and after minor confusion on the landing and the stairs every thing was handled promptly and proficiently. Ron is a person of his word and if something isn't right he will correct it and make it right. He and his crew conducted themselves in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend Schneider Construction for your next job.
Description of Work: The old deck tore down and replaced by a 12' x 12' deck, with a 3 foot landing and staircase. all decking is composite with vinyl posts and railings.

 + -1 moreIt went very well until the Monday before Thanksgiving. After having put up all but one square of the glass tile backsplash, Ron realized it had gone up backwards. He pulled it all off the wall and got on the phone immediately with the tile shop. They did not have my original tile in stock, so Ron, my husband and I got on the web site and picked a new backsplash. Ron had it here and was installing it before 7:30 am the following morning. He finished the entire project at noon on the day before Thanksgiving and I was able to cook dinner for 12 in my brand new kitchen.
Description of Work: Total kitchen remodel. Ron and his crew of three came in to an area that had been stripped down to the studs. In three weeks, I had new walls, new ceiling, a new window installed, a hardwood floor repaired and refinished, new kitchen cabinets installed, new appliances, new counter top, painting and new moulding, and new lighting installed. Ron arrived every morning either a few minutes before start time or within minuets after stated start time. He offered good ideas but was always receptive to my wishes. He and his crew worked hard and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company for any project.
